Fear

I contacted Sarah in a bit of a tizz. I needed some help overcoming my fear of dental work. Sarah saw me for a session and left me with some “homework”. I had literally a week between my session and my appointment for my tooth extraction. I’ve been putting this work for for over 4 years and was currently on the waiting list for general anaesthetic. The techniques that Sarah taught me enabled me to overcome my fear and have the extraction. 5 days after my session I was no longer able to see the fear during visualisation but could only see the outcome I was aiming for.
