I’m Sarah. I’m a burnout and anxiety specialist, and I help capable, caring people find their way back to themselves, without having to relive the past or spend years in therapy to get there.
If you’re exhausted by just the thought of explaining everything from the beginning again, you’ll be relieved to know that’s not how I work. We focus on where you want to get to, not on pulling apart everything that went wrong. Most of my clients notice a shift far sooner than they expected.
