I’m Sarah. I’m a burnout and anxiety specialist, and I help capable, caring people find their way back to themselves, without having to relive the past or spend years in therapy to get there.
You don’t have to keep pushing through alone.
We don’t need to talk about past events and hurts to enable positive and lasting change!

Hi, I’m really glad you’re here.
Having experienced anxiety, overwhelm and burnout myself, I understand how challenging life can feel when you’re carrying too much for too long, and how easy it is to lose sight of your own needs and wellbeing.
My own journey, including being late-diagnosed as neurodivergent, has taught me that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to change, healing or personal growth. We all experience the world differently, and the support we need should reflect that.
It’s now my privilege to combine professional training with lived experience to help people reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My goal is simple: to help you trust yourself more, feel calmer and more confident, and create a life that feels true to who you are.
