Helping you find your way back to yourself.

Hi, I’m Sarah

For much of my life, I was the person who kept going.

The one who held everything together. The dependable one. The problem solver. The one who carried the responsibilities and quietly put everyone else’s needs before my own.

From the outside, I looked like I was coping.

Inside, life often felt very different.

I know what it’s like to live with a mind that rarely switches off. To second-guess yourself. To carry the mental load for everyone around you while wondering why you feel so exhausted, even when you’ve done everything “right.”

Like many of the people I work with today, I became incredibly good at coping. Until one day I realised that coping wasn’t the same as living.

That realisation sparked a deep curiosity about why capable, caring people become overwhelmed, anxious and disconnected from themselves – and more importantly, what truly helps them find their way back.

Over the years, I’ve devoted myself to understanding how the brain, nervous system and unconscious mind shape the way we think, feel and respond to life’s pressures. I’ve trained extensively in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, neuroscience-informed approaches, trauma-informed practice, NLP and other evidence-based techniques, continually developing my approach as new research emerges.

Today, I help people who carry a great deal of responsibility – whether that’s in their work, their family or both.

They’re often the people everyone else relies on.

Successful. Capable. Caring.

Yet beneath the surface they’re overwhelmed by constant mental noise, anxiety, self-doubt or the feeling that they’ve somehow lost themselves beneath years of looking after everyone else.

My role isn’t simply to help you cope better.

It’s to help you quiet the noise, rebuild trust in yourself, feel calmer, think more clearly and create lasting change, so life feels lighter again.

Qualifications, Experience & Approach

Since 2020, I have helped hundreds of clients overcome burnout, anxiety, overwhelm and chronic stress, supporting them to regain confidence, emotional resilience and a greater sense of balance in their lives.

My approach combines Solution Focused Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, neuroscience-informed techniques and trauma-informed practices to help clients create meaningful and lasting change.

Together, we’ll not only focus on easing the challenges you’re experiencing right now, but also on creating a future that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters most to you. We’ll identify strengths that may have been hidden by stress and overwhelm, build on what’s already working, and help you take practical, meaningful steps towards the life you want to create.

I have particular experience supporting people who are carrying a great deal of responsibility, including teachers, healthcare workers, emergency service personnel, business owners, leaders, parents, carers and neurodivergent adults experiencing the effects of chronic stress, burnout and emotional exhaustion.
