Hi, I’m Sarah.
For much of my life, I was the person who kept going.
The one who managed the responsibilities, solved the problems, looked after everyone else and carried on, even when things felt overwhelming underneath.
Like many of the people I work with today, I became incredibly good at coping. Until eventually, coping started to come at a cost.
Over the years I’ve experienced anxiety, periods of intense stress, self-doubt and the exhaustion that comes from trying to hold everything together for too long. I know what it’s like to wake up already feeling behind, to feel responsible for everyone else’s needs and to wonder why life feels harder than it should.
My experiences taught me that resilience isn’t about endlessly pushing through.
It’s about recognising when the way you’ve been coping is no longer sustainable and learning a different way forward.
That understanding led me to spend years studying how stress, anxiety and burnout affect us, and how people can create meaningful, lasting change without having to keep forcing their way through life.
Today, I help busy, capable people reduce anxiety, recover from burnout and build a life that feels more manageable, sustainable and enjoyable.
Because when you’re the person everyone relies on, you don’t need someone to tell you to just slow down. You need practical, effective support that helps you feel like yourself again.
Qualifications, Experience & Approach
Since 2020, I have helped hundreds of clients overcome burnout, anxiety, overwhelm and chronic stress, supporting them to regain confidence, emotional resilience and a greater sense of balance in their lives.
My approach combines Solution Focused Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, neuroscience-informed techniques and trauma-informed practices to help clients create meaningful and lasting change.
Together, we’ll not only focus on easing the challenges you’re experiencing right now, but also on creating a future that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters most to you. We’ll identify strengths that may have been hidden by stress and overwhelm, build on what’s already working, and help you take practical, meaningful steps towards the life you want to create.
I have particular experience supporting people who are carrying a great deal of responsibility, including teachers, healthcare workers, emergency service personnel, business owners, leaders, parents, carers and neurodivergent adults experiencing the effects of chronic stress, burnout and emotional exhaustion.
