Depression

For the past few years I have suffered from depression which I felt I was managing ok. The main reason for my stress and depression was my dad who had dementia and was living in a care home. He was having regular falls which means lots of trips to hospital, I was constantly waiting for the next phone call from the care home. I never felt as though I could truly relax and did not feel like myself. From day 1 Sarah has been brilliant, professional and approachable. She explained the way the mind works and everything very clearly. Even just listening to the relaxing recording (Sarah sent to me) before bed made a huge difference to getting to sleep. The work she has done with me has made a huge difference. I feel like myself again, I feel I can truly relax and appreciate the smaller things in life and see the positives rather than the negatives. From working with Sarah I have made changes to my life for the better, prioritising and ordering my life better, like not trying to cram too much into my days off but to take time for myself to relax as well as doing exercise/horse riding that I enjoy. Give it a try. Sarah is really good, she puts you at ease, you get so much from each session.
