Overwhelm

Sarah is absolutely fantastic and so passionate about her work. She is caring and explained everything to me in detail, answering my questions and responding to my needs. Sarah treated me as an individual and showed that she cared about my journey rather than following any pre-established process; she adjusted her approach based on what I needed each session. Sarah's sessions have done more for me than half my life in and out of therapy and I cannot thank her enough. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.
